Insanity is just insane. I have the dvd's and it works but not as quick as they want you to believe.

i watch what i eat, do 100 squats a day, 100 pushups a day and i dance as well so that keeps me in shape! Lets not forget to do the kegal exercise as well ladies! I recommend naked, a drink that as all these awesome thins that we often dont get everyday! Working out and staying active is very important

Do you eat right? Some people are unnaturally skinny because of bad eating habits, stress and other things they put in their body.
You say you are 147 and based on your pictures you look good, why then do you think your weight is heavy?

Yes I know that however tennis is a cardio sport so in essence, you should be losing weight instead of maintaining it

Macbeth...I was with Samantha last week. I can verify that she's as athletically fit as she can get. Body and soul she's a freaking awesome lady!

At night after eating and tennis, i weigh 147. In the morning perhaps 143. My doctor measured my fat percentagea few months ago and it says 18pct. The pictures on my showcase are accurate but probably a little more muscles on upper body lately.

You need not tell me, her pictures clearly show she is athletic, I was however trying to ascertain why she thinks she is heavy when she is in such good shape.
And yes Samantha, I would agree about the comparison to other Asian women, however I have noticed that the ones that come over here are more skinnier than the ones born here.
