Hey timmytard, he's YOUR “retarded governor”, not mine. And Lehmberg is YOUR fat slobbrin' embarrassing drunk DA, not mine. And YOUR Texas Dimocrats are dumber than a broomstick if they think Perry's actions even come close to being “extortion and/or blackmail”.
If he exceeded his authority in vetoing funding for the Public Integrity Unit, then get the money restored and stop your pathetic whining. Boohoohoo, he's such a meanie! Let's see if I get it straight. When libtards play hardball politics, it's called “sticks and carrots”. When Republicans do it, it's called “coercion and bribery”. Is that the way it works, timmytard? Maybe we should roll the tape again on how Obamacare was rammed though Congress in 2010. Remember the Cornhusker Kickback? The Louisiana Purchase? Why weren't you jumping up and down demanding that a special prosecutor look into all the bribery and coercion taking place behind the scenes of the Obamacare vote? I am shocked, shocked to find out what goes on in politics!
To paraphrase you, timmytard - The idea that it's just peachy keen to have a drunk bitch in charge of the DA's office but it's a crime for the Governor to encourage the drunk bitch to do the right thing and resign is complete horseshit and you, as usual, are an idiot!
.
You're babbling. As usual. And, trying to change the subject. As usual.
I don't recall indicating that I was supportive of the drunk DA. She certainly needed to go. But, Perry over-reached here and tried to strong-arm her by holding hostage money that could have been put to good use and for the public good by the Public Integrity Unit at the Travis County's DA's office. (I don't suppose any of us ought to be surprised that a Republican wouldn't want to fund a public integrity endeavor) He wanted her out rather than letting her serve out her term so he could appoint her successor and get a Republican in as the Travis County District Attorney. I wonder if one of the motivating factors would be to get the Travis County DA to drop the appeals in relation to Tom Delay? Just a thought.
By the way....Lad.....your name is as silly as ever....

Hey timpageboy, how long have you been a hairdresser? I hear the Lehmberg shingle shag is popular at your shop...
Looks like Perry just wanted the drunk to step down...
"Travis County Commissioner Gerald Daughtery, a Republican, said he reached out to Perry's office following the veto to see if there was some way to restore state funding for the anti-corruption Public Integrity Unit. He said that negotiations eventually included allowing Democrats, who dominate Travis County politics, to essentially pick Lehmberg's replacement."
Let it go IBJunior. It's been a year. What's your fucking point?
Perry's a lame duck. Travis County Republicans continue to squeal... kinda like you. But Lehmberg did her time. They couldn't legally remove her. She chose not to step down. They tried. They couldn't get her out. The story you quote (woooo) indicates that Daughtery was quite possibly full of shit, as per the county judge. Perry's staff is desperately trying to keep him out of court. This is their fuck up. Not hers.
You Dimocrats sure have high standards, dontcha? You're cool with keeping a sexual predator in the Oval Office, so what's not to like about keeping a drunk in the DA's office?
You make less and less sense every time you post IBJunior. Do you even care about this, or are you just jerking off on our time and bandwidth?
Why not limit the stupidity and simply post your support of Rick Perry for President of the United States.
It's obviously you've got a mancrush on him. It's OK. He likes those!
You put your foot in it. Now you own it.
IBJunior+Rick Perry! The future of America. Don't feel bad. We know that Santorum (your frothy Senator) hasn't bunny hopped into the field yet. So you can be Rick Perry's Pissburgh Miss Nancy.
