Actually,,,,, it's mostly the second crew. Most of them flew Gemini but all flew on Apollo.
There's also a couple of cosmonauts in there too.

Buzz is not wearing a tie. The guy in the tie is Pete Conrad (Gemini 5 & 9, Apollo 12, SkyLab)

Buzz Adrin (Gemini 12 & Apollo 11) is second from the right and you can hardly see his face in the shadow.

Jim Lovell (Gemini 7 & 12) is third from the left.

I don't know who's house they're at.

BigLouie wore that same polka dot shirt (2nd from left but you can't see his face) at one of the ASPD socials a few years ago. I suspect the day this picture was taken was also the last time BL's shirt was washed and ironed!
