I have worked in the porn scene in the past. Not as a performer but the eye behind the camera. I have shot many amateur couples in the Houston area for a company in California. The pay is pretty good and most of the time the couples really get in to it.

girls are really stars, boy gets very little pay and have to work very hard

They don't use "fluffers" anymore. Guys usually make half what the girl does unless they are contracted with a big company ie Brazzers etc. Most girls need good representation or will end up used and abused by the industry and spit out when they can't use her in anything anymore.
