Well, according to a recent check of ads on BP, the 'French Quarters' is highly popular... Guess that's possibly somewhere near the French Quarter where most other people go to party... Maybe I'm missing something there.

All joking aside, the info Dallas gave is good. Clients that have to drive to see you, have to pay out the ass to park in the Quarter. Especially once fest season gets rolling, which will be pretty damn soon.
