Can I get in trouble for being in providers phone if she gets busted?

There is more than one provider that has me saved in their phone, and seeing how much some of these girls seem to be guests of the state, I was wondering if the police bother trying to get in touch with the contacts in their phones after they get arrested. Or if, God forbid, they OD or something. Will the police try to contact everyone they've called or texted regularly? Or will they not bother. Because, I have started worrying about this lately, after someone I know got arrested.

Wait.. so the phone number the provider has saved in her phone for you, doesn't go to a BURNER phone number with no link to your real life data? Or is your concern that you may get a call from what your burner phone contact list says is "Suzie Sucker" that you saw a while back and you are afraid they will try and run a sting on you? Could you clarify which is your concern?

Well, one of them has my real cell number, but it's not linked to my name anywhere. She's had many different phones and we are kind of friends now. Almost a sugar daddy relationship, but not really cause she has other clients. She has recently gotten back into stuff that I know is only a matter of time before she gets busted for, on top of the obvious escorting. I'm thinking about dumping my phone and changing my number.

Even if you dump your phone before she gets into trouble, your number still appears in phone records, somewhere. This really has nothing to do with prostitution because it would be rare that law enforcement would be concerned about numbers saved in the phone of some hooker busted on Backpage.

However, if you SB/Friend is involved in some larger criminal activity or conspiracy, they may well research each number from her phone and records. If you've participated in some of her criminal activities, you may be contacted and questioned. She may also be pressured to "give you up," so be careful and be warned.

Some unsolicited advice...use your big head instead of your little one. You will be judged by the company you keep.

RELAX. They have who they were trying to catch you are just another number in a hookers phone, granted a possible code next to your name or even a price paid. Burner phone is the best $25 ever spent.

I recently checked my hobby phone and had 3 missed texts on it. The first was from a provider saying she's getting out of the hobby so don't text or call that number again. The next 2 both read "Who is this?". What's strange is that All 3 texts were stamped at being sent at the exact same time!

I can't intelligently answer that question because I don't know enough about the technology. If you or someone else described it to me in layman's terms I'll give you my views.

Kinda simple get a gmail account setup a voice account pick your number by typing in a zip code choose a number that is available in that zipcode. Use your phone to make and recive calls and text but it shows up as you google voice number. Sends text and voice messages to your gmail account.

You missed an important part: Google knows your real phone number, because it routes everything sent to/from your Google Voice number to your real phone number.

And Google is known to cooperate with law enforcement requests (not warrants, requests). I just doubt that law enforcement would request this type of information for a simple prostitution case, but if were part of something bigger (underage girl, or sex trafficking), then I would be worried.
