"Out bid" are u suggesting that she would treat a client like this because someone else called to book a longer appointment, therefore she cancled/didn't get back to him?
I hope that was NOT the case, as first impressions last a lifetime!
And Txsunman you are correct things do happen, RW or other circumstances that may be out of your control.
BUTTT I've found (in the little time I've been here) that respecting one's time and being kind and courteous really goes a long way....
