Sent a text to Aspen and set up an appointment for the next day. Told her I would call the next day before the appointment and get directions.
When I called, I got a recorded message from her carrier that the phone was turned off. Called twice more during the next 30 minutes and got the same message.
Sent Aspen a text about 2.5 hours later, telling her "thanks for nothing". Surprisingly, I got a text back immediately, saying that her cell phone had "gotten turned off." Geez, I wonder how the phone got turned off?! But she did not attempt to contact me until I contacted her.
A few minutes later, Aspen called me but all she wanted to know was whether or not I still wanted to come over; guess she was now worried about losing a sale.
I declined her offer of hospitality. Aspen no longer has to worry about accomodating me.
