Default Movie Trailers...

It has been awhile since I have seen a trailer of something that I might actually want to see...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pTZ2Tp9yXyM

Which ones have you intrigued enough to make you want to see them?

Sadly, not many for me. Hollywood is so bereft of original ideas. For the last 10 years I've been assaulted by lazy and cowardly writing and "Look what I can do" with CGI. I used to see 2 movies a week, but now I'm just bored with most of them.

what are you talking about?
Im on edge to see the NEW and EXCITING AND ORIGINAL Fast Furious 7.5!

See, Im the average american who goes to movies and binges on candy, popcorn(extra goo) and diet drinks and I need more time to understand movies, which is why I'm glad that when the hero hits a bad guy, t h e y s l o w t h e a c t i o n w a y d o w n
so I can full grasp the hero hit the bad dude

At least the movie producers keep prices down by going cheap on making the film,
aka "shaky cam" that's so popular these days, where they jerk the camera around the action so you can't tell who's punching who

I love it when movies look "real" by having the sun or a bright light cause over half the shot to be all white, so I can't tell wtf is going on, its this realism that makes me have no issues about taking out a 3rd mortage to see a movie at the theater

I too am a normal american. Please put glaring plot points and obvious stereotypes into all you latest films so that I may enjoy them more.

Can you add extra extra goo to my popcorn please, oh and a xxl diet coke too.

I myself much prefer the "shot inside someone's colon" lighting effects in many movies.

Not being able to see anything that's going on does add a lot to a movie.

I think it's interesting that each genre has a specific "color". For instance, The Underworld movies are all blue. There is another series (Can't remember the title) that is distinctly yellow. What is that?????

Sorry Elum...Didn't mean to get completely off topic. The trailer for Godzilla looks interesting to me. Hopefully I'll see some at Planet Comicon that will peak my interest.

#5.
Movies are Color-Coded by Genre

There's some unwritten rule that horror movies should be blue:
Meanwhile, apocalyptic movies are gray and washed out:

Don't forget the gratuitous nudity to really keep as glued to the screen...

I just seen the trailer for Godzilla last night... I have to say that is looks interesting enough to buy the Blu-Ray but not to spend the bucks to go out and see.

With all of the free passes available through various freebie programs on the internet, I haven't paid more than $1 to see a movie in years. I do spend money at the concession stand, though as that is the only profit the theater makes. Gonna see Robocop this afternoon.

I prefer to see movies in the theater. I really like the experience of that great big screen and Dolby sound. That is what movies are made for. Especially when I have a lovely lady to cuddle and play with during the show. Any of you lovely ladies interested in a movie this afternoon?? ; )

Totally agree. Poor writers and lousy scripts. A lot of the movies use excessive cursing. Damn, if you can't express yourself without cursing you are just fucking stupid.

OK, just got back from Robocop and it was good. Saw a trailer for Jupiter Ascending with Mila Kunis and Channing Tatum that looks interesting. It's a CGI festival, but the story looks good.

Meant to say that Robocop had realistic color and no excessive cursing.
