So theres nothing else for me to do, I mended my mistake and admitted it came out wrong and apologized to her, but if that's not good enough well that's not on me anymore.

Happens all the time to even to the most sophisticated communicators. There's no tone of voice in email/texts/posts and it leads to misinterpretation. Everybody should let it go ffs.
