Interesting problem happened

I know there was a thread about time wasters but how do we really handle it?

The ladies I see normally advertise that they are not a clock watcher. So being a guy I never really thought about it. I have had other providers that had complained to me about other guys that really took advantage of the time and not added to donation when time went over.

But, while seeing one of my ATF's from Houston who is not on ECCIE we had a problem.

Being a guy that likes to take his time. We were having a great time since we had not seen each other for about a month. Never thought about the time spent. Had already laid out her donation and I had paid for room. I settled up on the next visit last week. This time we set an alarm. LOL

After we left the room and I was headed back towards the house. I realized that I had actually been with her for about 2 1/2 hours BCD. I was really worried about it since I had only paid her for hour, when we go over it is like 15 to 30 minutes.

So I stepped up and texted her about it. She texted back that she realized it after she had left but did not want to cause an issue.

So anyway guys and gals what is your feeling about this? Do some of the guys take advantage and take longer?

Only if u let them. Im def not kicking ppl out of my room but their are subtle ways to up the time. Never someone is paying u more for the time u went over is my advice to girls. Confirm the length of the appointment before hand.

The girls might wish that guys had an internal clock in their head that went off when time was up, so that the girl would not have to worry about getting the clock-watcher label, but unfortunately we do not.

It is the girl's biz, her schedule, and it falls on her to keep to it as she sees fit. Also, the girl is in control - if she were not, we would have a real problem with the definition of "consensual" around here.

So, as Nikki mentioned, a girl must learn the "subtle ways to bring up the time". If she does not, the guy assumes he is ok, that she is actually having a good time and has breathing room to continue without further compensation. When that happens, it is wonderful (for the guy at least), but it can lead to a girl being taken advantage of going forward.

I know Nikki is such a Lady that she would know of no other way than being subtle.

I've been told that I pay attention to the clock. If there is not one there, it is hard for me to gauge. I usually have a couple of CDs that I bring and it seems they are a good indicator. I always thought it would be wise to have a setlist that the provider makes of tunes she likes that are timed. That way there are no clocks present and she can gauge it for herself and be subtle when need be.

I was just with a provider and we both realized way after the fact that we had gone way past the hour. I felt really bad but she said she had no problem with it because she was having a good time. Next time I saw her I threw in a tip and made sure that it wouldn't happen again, I think the ladies also know when a guy is mooching and trying to get more time for free versus those of us who just can't tell time without a clock.

I'm always mindful of the time; and try to bring things to a close 5-10 mins before my alotted time just to avoid an awkward situation. If I had a great time; I'd leave a tip

I guess you can call it the "50 minute Hour"

I bring my envelope, but I bring a little extra in another pocket in case time goes way over or if the lady exceeds expectations.... treat the ladies right and you'll be treated right. It's a "what goes around" sort of thing.

I have two ladies I see that never go over. But I know that. The other can and will, but its usually my schedule that doesn't allow. I do what 52 says, I give the amount I want to and always have extra in case.

Just have an alarm/reminder on your cell. "I had a great time, and I'm looking forward to seeing you next time," or something to that affect, would be a good line for wrap up too.

Or, in regards to the former, I think finding a sound notification that says, "Time's up, GTFO," ought to get the point across subtlety. Just a j/k, of course. Although, I'd probably ROTF laughing, continuing my barrel roll right out the front door and to my car, if I were actually to hear a notification like that; and I think you'd win my F.P. award! HA!

I agree, and that's the way it's supposed to be handled.

I am notorious for going over the alloted time, especially with someone I enjoy myself with. Honestly, because I'm more than comfortable with my rates, I have never thought twice about the time I spend with a good friend, or getting to know someone new. I've converted more hourly friends to multi-hour friends that way. And very few come back without at least tipping for the previous appointment. It's the mark of a real gentleman.
