During the time I offered GFE sessions in 2013 I would always provide a variety of pastries, imported chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries/ fruit plate (La Madeline, Godiva, Madame Chocolat) I'd also have the clients favorite wine or champagne cocktails at hand and a variety of different waters (Pellegrino/Perrier/Ozarka. If the client was on a business trip or had just flown in to town I would offer them a choice of different upscale restaurants and would bring them lunch or dinner (I'd pay of course)....And honestly, the majority of the time I would have to throw away everything at the end of the session. Even though that was the case, I did that for every single session because I felt it was important to make the client feel important and appreciated. It cost me between $50-$150 each time, but I felt it was worth it to create a pleasant memorable experience for them.

The fact that you would actually bake something yourself shows that you truly appreciate your clients. And honestly, nothing compares to cupcakes!! I thought that what I did was nice, but you're actually baking your own treats. That's really sweet.

There are providers known to cook full meals for guests so I don't see a problem with baking sweets . Maybe get clever in finding out what allergies they might have if any (I know a few actually allergic to chocolate) etc. Very sweet of you imo lol no pun intended.

We now have the longest Co Ed thread in History devoted to Baked Goods.

How long can we stretch this out?

Rules: No hijacking and changing the subject to :
1. fried food
2. grilled food
3. anything other then Baked Food

Just remember to check for food allergies. I myself am allergic to chocolate and am sensitive to peanuts so I need to know before hand if something has peanuts in case I already had some. I"m also allergic to too much dairy. So just be aware of things like that. Don't forget glutin allergies, especially if someone has celiac disease; it could be lethal for them.
Otherwise I say bake on. LOL. Might have to steal your idea.
