Location, location, location
By now, I've resigned myself to the fact that most of the women who could improve their business practices by reading this forum and finding out what clients need and don't need, like and don't like, don't.
Nonetheless, it being yet another boring day at the office (and it's only half done!), I took a cue from a comment in a recent thread and did a little research, the results of which are below.
The premise here is that a prospective client finds that the general location of an area where he might see a particular lady to be very useful information, whether it's an incall location, an outcall area, or both. Too many times, that information is missing from ads and reviews.
Consider, for example:
DFW Metroplex: The Metroplex encompasses 9,286 square miles, making it larger in area than the U.S. states of Rhode Island and Connecticut combined.
Dallas: 385.8 sq mi
Fort Worth: 349.2 sq mi
Dallas County: 908 sq mi
Tarrant County: 890 sq mi
Collin County: 886 sq mi
Denton County: 958 sq mi
Having enough information about location makes it easy for at least a few of us to eliminate providers that we can't see -- and that keeps us from wasting a lady's time.
Oh, and while I have you here:
- There are two I-30/820 intersections. They are 13.5 miles apart. Similarly, 377 crosses 820 twice, and I-35W could be deemed to intersect 820 twice, though the southern intersection is actually with I-20.
- "10 min from downtown" Fort Worth doesn't tell me much. If I start in downtown, in 10 minutes, I can be in White Settlement, at UBT's old location on Brentwood Stair, pretty close to Fossil Creek (if traffic is light), out near the Miller brewery, or many places within that area. If I'm starting on one side of downtown and heading to the other side, I'm looking at maybe 40 minutes of travel time round-trip. That's a significant chunk of time for me. It would at least help to know whether you're north, south, east, or west of downtown.
Location, location, location. It's important to know.

All these phone apps that find the nearest location of a bank for instance and we can't get some quality cross streets.
Please help save yourself time and post where to find you.

i heartily [or is that dickily] agree!!!
ladies, i for one appreciate the time and energy you spend posting advertisements & posts and creating showcases and websites.
and thanks for including in your ads your availability, your photos, your skills, your fees, even your sexy stories (*).
but, if you dont include your general location,
then some of us guys may spend some time asking you where you are
and you may spend some time letting us know where you are.
and if you're out of our drive time zone, that's time we could have both used for other more productive things.
i have spent time doing exactly that only to find out the woman is 45+ mins away from me. generally a no go for me :^(
i not thinking specific intersections or addresses.
just locations like Hillcrest & NW Highway; Walnut Hill & I-35; DNT & Plano Pkwy; LBJ & MacArthur; 183 & Central; I-30 & Oakland.
close but not so specific. and you dont need to say hotel, apt, condo, home, etc. we can exchange that in messages/emails.
so, pls save us and yourselves some time telling us where you are so that we can put that time to more productive and deliteful uses!!!!!
(*) example, Italiana Princess' recent ad got lil delites perked up!!!.
reading her locations [sw ft worth and w ft worth] deflated lil delites :^(
so i saved time not contacting her to ask where she is and she saved time not replying where her incall is.
but i already knew where she was, so i was cool w/ the ad.
actually that gave me more time to drool over her photos and take matters into .....

I agree completely with all the comments in this thread.
A provider's location, not her price point will many times decide whom a hobbyist chooses to visit!
If the location is near an interstate, tell us that and which exit.
Also let us know if you are ok for short notice appointments!
Great thread!
Other location examples that would be useful would include:
360 and I-20
360 and I-30
360 and 183
I-35 and (any major exit)
The North Dallas Tollway and (any major exit)

If you think getting ladies to do that in DFW is difficult, come give West TX forums a shot. Is she in Abilene or El Paso? They are only 450 miles and 6.5 hours apart! Or maybe she's in Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland, Odessa, or occasionally...San Angelo.

Same problem up here getting them to narrow it down to OKC or Tulsa.

With all the construction having DFW looking like a war zone, it seems like it can take 6.5 hours to get across town. Even Viagra can wear off before you get there.
A general location is a must. Just name a major intersection and approximate distance from it. That would save a lot of PMs when every other necessary detail is available (except appointment time).

This needs to be a sticky on the ads page. ijs.
Just like church, tho...the people who need to hear it the most sit in the back or show up late. Most of us could care less about half a dozen more selfies, but care a LOT about WTFYA (where the fuck you are). Or, WTFYBA (where the fuck you be at) because in the opportunity+funds+timing - drivetime=hookup (or hookerup) equation, the only negative is often drivetime. WTFYBA is really important.

I agree. I spend more time trying to figure out who is in my driving range on a particular day than I do anything else. And the ISO forum is not all that helpful. Sometimes the ones that send a PM or post but are in the wrong area have moved by the time I call them the next time. I have a few favorites but they are all in the Lewisville/Colony area. I am normally in the Plano area. I always enjoyed the short notice/ location threads.

Sir Lance, please tell me you're not an accountant IRL.
Consider, for example:
DFW Metroplex: The Metroplex encompasses 9,286 square miles, making it larger in area than the U.S. states of Rhode Island and Connecticut combined.
Dallas: 385.8 sq mi
Fort Worth: 349.2 sq mi
Dallas County: 908 sq mi
Tarrant County: 890 sq mi
Collin County: 886 sq mi
Denton County: 958 sq mi
There's no combination of these that will get you 9,286 square miles.
Just bustin your chops. I owe you one for introducing me to Bella in one of those Fort Worth square miles.

I got it from Wikipedia. The DFW Metroplex, as defined by the Census Bureau, includes Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Wise, and Johnson counties, plus a few more, probably Rockwall and Ellis, and maybe a few others, Sorry, I'm too lazy to look it up.
I used the larger figure and didn't provide the explanation because the exaggeration-by-absence-of-information supported my argument better.
Busted.
But the larger truth, supported by others' testimony herein, remains.
Oh, and you're welcome. She's wonderful, isn't she? Who cares of my IRA balance goes to zero?

Nothing will make them happy unless a specific address is listed.
