I spent yesterday and today relaxing, catching up on season 3. I was shocked when Frank took the fall for him and Carl breaking into the foster family's home! But disk 2 wouldn't work in the DVD player so I still missed like 3 or so episodes of season 3. Think I'm going to smack the DVD player around a bit to get it to do its job. That's what I do right?

This show is SOOOOO underrated!!! Every time I talk to someone that's not seen it into watching they thank me like crazy. Frank has to be one of the funniest characters I've ever seen - can't imagine the mind of who is writing that stuff, has to be a VERY funny person to hang with. The taking the wrap actually was heartwarming but he lost points on the "Sleeze-O-Meter". Can't wait for the new season.

I can't get enough of this show! It's funny in a fucked up sort of way. Hard to explain although I always recommend it to everyone. I really wish disk 2 would work!

Every time I watch this guy I end up embarrassed to be a human being and turn it off...............then reality hits and I realize it's fiction....but WOW ! Is he fucked up bad or what ?

Unfortunately, there are people in real life like him........I've met some of them ! A lot of fiction is based on real life - perhaps family experiences of the writers?

When I get around to checking this out, I'll probably look at both versions.

For those who have seen this and Breaking Bad, any thoughts at to comparisons? I was really riveted by both Walt's hubris and the changes to his personality over the course of the series. And some of the really stupid stuff had me rolling on the floor.

Love Emmy Rossum; Rough to be the older kid having to put her life on hold because no mom and a drunk dad She's the glue that holds the family together. Would like to see her have some fun/joy/happiness this season.
