Words like upscale are overused these days for the most part. I think most confuse upscale for expensive ..... when I think of upscale the rate is not the first thing I think of it's class.
For me class(y)/being upscale isn't entirely about price tag .... honestly class and being upscale is how you care yourself. Might be possible charging 60 bucks but I think it'd be fairly hard. Expense of working as a companion of at minimum good quality is a little pricey.

Oh and unless you're barebacking vaginal/anal sex like crazy (*side-eye*) or you're a porn star or just insanely high volume I think that going for full checkup sooner than every 3 months is a little bit excessive.

Paying for "companionship", is an investment (of time and money), and we should treat it as such. Greater returns then our initial investment. When there's providers out there with limited menus and wanting top dollar, that my friend is a PISS poor investment.
