The characters Charter keeps sending out to fix the previous ones mistakes have all been tops but the last one that I think stole my beer was the best and had the whole Larry the cable guy thing in full swing....at least everything is working again so worth the "cost".

I think the OP is talking about the providers who have the best personalities in person, not on the board.

People's personalities tend to be a bit different in person than when they are on the internet anyway. After all, you can post just about anything when you are able to hind behind a handle and a keyboard.

But nonetheless, reading the posts here from providers and hobbyists does give you useful insight on a persons point of view. Agree or Disagree, a board persona does not totally reflect a person's character.
