What's your favorite top shelf Tequila? I need a nice one for anyone who visits my house and would like a tequila shot (or rocks).

I don't drink it at all, so I have no idea...

Maybe find out what your "Friend" has in his bar.
I am sure its extensive.

I like 88 eighty eight (This is an agave)

It has a more of a pepper to it but it is good for sipping etc.
I wouldn't do body shots with it. It has more class than that.

It isn't the worlds expensive but my bar has it.

You will get tons of responses because there are tons of different flavors.
This would be like asking what is a good wine or cigar.

If you want to impress your friends and have your friend buy you a bottle than go for the AsomBroso Reserva Del Porto
You can use the bottle for a toy afterward.
I think it is shit for the price but what the hell, this is D&T after all.

Thank you. Thank you. It's not about impressing my friends...it's about having something nice for the occasional Tequila sipper when one happens to stop by. I have a crazy extensive bar because I inherited a bunch of it a few years ago from another "friend." The way I like to build my bar (since I'm almost exclusively a vodka girl)...is whenever I sit near someone at a bar, and they order something I don't own, I go to Specs and buy it the next day. It's a fun game I play.


However, I found out a couple years ago that I have a serious agave allergy, so I gave all my tequila away.

Now I'm ready to let it back in my house. I like the 88 eighty eight idea...if I could sip it, I'd want something peppery.

Don Julio is one where you inhale after and you get that little sweet taste from your nose. (Those that drink this just inhaled and smiled)

Yes, when I drank margaritas at home this was my favorite one to use but I've never been a sipper or shooter.
