Ok I have a confession...before these cookies, I had never made a single cookie in my life!!!!
I asked my girlfriend who invited me to party for ideas, the ideas she gave me were too simple, I have this big problem with that go big or go home theory. I googled Christmas cookies and found these. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the nightmare before Christmas saw those and I'm like omg it's on!!!
WELL!!!! Being that I had to make 100 of these cookies for everyone at party, and the fact that they are extremely complicated, the day of baking I wanted to cry and rip my hair out. But I made them and they were a HUGE hit, the most creative at party! And I got a lot of nice compliments on them. Here's the picture of the ones I actually made, they weren't picture perfect but close enough I guess, and they were YUMMY!!!! But again, VERY COMPLICATED!!!!
Also below is a pic of a fruit salad I made for a friends baby shower. Came across it on pinterest and just had to do it. Again, a bit complicated(carving the watermelon exact was a pain). Part of my weakness of seeing something online and going omg I have to do that!!!
