Ok. Pet peeve time:

Ladies, when asked to set up an appointment, and the guy sends the references, etc, how about keeping him updated of the process?

A simple PM or email letting him know that you are checking them, or awaiting responses is helpful. The silent treatment is annoying.

And if you decide, either based on those references, or anything else, not to see that guy, let him know. You don't even have to give a reason if you don't want to. But leaving him hanging is lame.

This way he can take the time to try to set up with a different lady before it gets too late.

I agree..If I have a date 3 to 10 days away ..I always ask if we both could keep in touch until then most say yes and most do keep in touch a lot say not to text just wait until they text me first..But I do like to keep in touch .I will text if I can the morning of the date just to check and to make sure we are still go to go for that day..I know R/W stuff happens..And if you give them a heads up that you can't make the date they do have time to find another lady..And I would like the same just keep in touch with me does not bother me and I don't think keeping in touch is blowing up my phone just keeping in touch is always nice..Just me.Dezirie
