Well, at least my posts aren't the only ones you have a hard time reading.

Now, if someone started showing signs that the gifts were not meant for the date, and they were meant as a gesture towards something more significant... That is a different situation, and The gifts better get more expensive

When you "fixed" my above post, I responded to it. Gifts in terms of "this is my fantasy and this is how I like to play" are one thing, but gifts with stronger emotions behind them are not. It's fine if you don't agree with giving gifts, but please don't think for a second any of us take your attempted insults seriously.

There still seems to be two groups.

1. Providers are the golf course and we put the balls in the holes. There is no need to drop extra cash on the course.
2. Providers are people who render a service. There is no need to pay them extra for the service or for them to receive extra compensation when they do it well. Yet, when one nice lady brought a cupcake to our session with a candle on it for my birthday, it was nice! I'm sure the lady doesn't remember me or the cupcake, but to me the last thing was that it was foolish. I still remember.

Which category do you fall into 1 or 2?

I'm in camp two. I received the same gift, a whole cake though, which I remember and it wasn't foolish of her. She used it, got my guard down (my fault) and she stole from me. Nope, she wasn't foolish. That was me. I'm not going to say no provider is gift worthy; but at this time of my life I can't imagine getting to know one well enough to consider gifts.
