You ask Greece, you jackass. And do a little reading. Unless you are a complete moron, you'll see that there is a tad bit of difference between Greece and the United States of America. One would think that such a thing would be obvious to you but since you are a fucking dunce of monumental proportions, one makes exceptions.

Fuck off to Google now moron.

All right. Question. When is it acceptable for a politician to lie?

Almost everything every politician says is a lie, especially when campaigning. Acceptable to who and in what context? If George Bush lies about the presence of WMD's to justify an invasion of Iraq that costs a trillion dollars, 5,000 American lives and hundreds of thousands of WIA....well, that's worse than not be able to predict the ultimate insurance coverage issues presented by a bill as complex as the Affordable Care Act.

How was that?

Hmmm . . . Timmy, I think both of the lies you mentioned are unacceptable. Do you?

Let's take both of those lies. How would the country be different had Presidents Bush and Obama told the truth? Would we be better off, or worse off?

Perhaps slap him on the wrist and have him admit that not every cancelled policy should have been cancelled, but that the insurance companies saw their chance to increase their profits and blame the cancellation on Obama at the same time.
So as long as long as your ends are justified, any means possible?
Not what this Republic was meant to stand for! More accurately now, what this country so easily falls for.

In war, the truth is so precious it should be protected by a vanguard of lies. -Winston Churchill
I would say he should lie only to deceive our enemies in war and also high priority espionage against our enemies.
He should never lie to the American people on domestic issues, but if he lies to Republicans, I can forgive him, if he asks for forgiveness.

No, he should not lie except as provided above. However, everyone does so we have to deal with it.

So, you are opposed to the President lying, except when the President is Democrat. Ok.

By the way, does no one want to speculate on how different this country would be if President Bush had told the truth about Iraq, and President Obama had told the truth about the Affordable Care Act?

Those are just two lies out of . . . Thousands?
