Virginia democrat calls for a return to slavery
Kathleen Murphy, a candidate for the Virginia statehouse, has called for a law forcing healthcare professionals to accept Medicaid and Medicare patients. That is the essence of slavery. In this case government taking away the right to choose how someone spends their time. Why am I not surprised and this was predicted.

It's going to have to be all states in order for Obamacare to work, and they know it. Most doctors do not want to see these Medicaid or Obamacare patients because they pay so much less than private insurance. These Obamacare exchange policy holders are going to be pissed after they signed up, paid, and find out the only doctor who will see them is the strip mall docs, and they don't have privileges at the hospitals to admit them or get the tests done that are needed. The only thing they will get is a referral to specialist, that won't see them either...

From California, written up in the Wall Street Journal.
You may not be able to keep your doctors, either.
She HAD good insurance. Her insurance company notified her in January that they were withdrawing from the individual market in California. There does not seem to exist ANY policy ANYWHERE that will allow her to keep her current set of doctors -and training a new team while treating Stage 4 cancer is not something you really want to do.

Please point out the difference in physician reimbursement between an "Obamacare" policy and another one from the same company?
You're lying again. Please prove your ridiculous assertions. Otherwise remind everybody that you're part of the healthcare community that's been gaming the system for decades and responsible in large part for the sorry fucking state of our fractured health care system.
better yet, shut the fuck up already.

Are you being serious? I can't tell if you truly don't know, or your life is so filled with hatred, you can't control yourself. Either way, neither apply to me, so I will be happy to explain it you. I will start out simple and then if you have further or specific questions, again, I will be happy to assist.
As with Medicaid, the new metallic plans offered through the exchanges have reimbursements for each code and the government determines the price it will reimburse for each code to the healthcare provider. The doctors have no say in the matter. In the private insurance market, the price is pre-determined for each code and negotiated between the insurance company and the healthcare provider.
So, under Obamacare, Company A will sell a metallic insurance policy through the exchanges and they will reimburse healthcare providers based on the rates per code as set by the government, and the policies they sell to the private market will still be negotiated between the insurance company and the healthcare provider. As of to date, there are only minimum requirements that EVERY policy must have, but there is no minimum or maximum as to what an insurance policy in the private market must pay to the doctor/healthcare provider.

When have doctors EVER had a say in what they get paid you hospital vulture? During the HMO era, if a doctor advocated for his patient or even complained, they got "deselected", or have you chosen to ignore that tidbit. When Medicare (not Medicaid) changes its reimbursement rates, do the private plans follow suit or even reinvent the scale? Ignored something else. And, dear Sister of Charity, how many of the large employers actually self-insure today, using the big insurance providers as administrators? Check with the NBCH.
Or just keep spouting your bullshit talking points.
Doctors will not know whether the private insurance their patients present are through the exchanges or not, since the structure is identical for all now. How does your argument make any sense.
Again, you're lying.

Wow. You are a cornucopia of misinformation, DOTY Assup. You have never sounded stupider than when you try to defend Obamacare. Stick to the "homo" and "poop" epithets (look it up). You actually sound smarter then.
