As the recreational/occasional/hobbiest , P411 verified and all, it's been a struggle lately getting an appointment. Bad choices/poor timing or is something else going on in the hobby SA world??

this isn't an alert.

Timing is everything. I had a provider cancel on me on wednesday, I texted several other providers for availability hoping to meet someone new and found someone else that same day luckily.

Likewise on friday, I was hoping to meet another provider who was p411 verified, but a big if on short notice if the appointment would happen or not. I knew it wasn't but then a provider I had seen before advertised that same day for a doubles session with her business partner who proved elusive to me for a very long time. I messaged that provider who I had seen before about it and she set it up. That provider came through and her and her business partner kicked my ass for an hour and half at a very reasonable rate.

I think most providers suck. Most aren't that great at all. They are selling a service and don't treat what they do as if a business. If you are charging a fee for a service you provide, then do something to make it right when you are the reason your appointment or date doesn't occur as planned.

That was my first thought also. On a serious note, providers who do business well will be more successful in the long run. The good news is that there are some very good and responsible providers out there.

In response to your serious note - I think I do pretty good in this profession... I don't take on many new clients... I don't have time and I don't want to get overwhelmed and since I don't see that many guys and am "super low volume" I can really cater to those who I see and they treat me very well and I am appreciative... I'm not purposely trying to be rude and ignore people but I like to enjoy my time with the guys I choose to share it with and I don't want to stress about the hobby... It's supposed to be enjoyable... For both male and female... Right?

Also, I know it is a business and some girls work every week or every month but I'm not trying to get rich off this and I don't go shopping every weekend like I notice some girls do... Or... According to their "twitter" accounts anyway...Not that shopping is bad... If you enjoy it... Go for it!! Do what you love... Hell, I can't remember the last time I went shopping... Even though I think I should save up a couple grand and go have a crazy day at the mall... Maybe I should have someone tag along and help me (a female, that is) I'm a pretty conservative dresser and tend to keep all my goods covered when in public... I just don't know how to dress... Is that sad? Lol... I must admit... I really have no fashion sense (Sigh) but it's just not me to go and spend a bunch of money on myself... Or materialistic things... I just want to pay my bills and take care of my responsibilities. When I got into the hobby I told myself I wouldn't allow myself to make more than what I would make in my career of choice outside the hobby... Plus make a little extra to pay off student loans... So that when I was situated with my own business in my chosen profession... I could leave. So I tend to have 3-5 sessions... Appointments... Play dates... Whatever you wanna call it... A month... And that gives me enough to take care of business and I am happy with that... I do not drive a brand new car... But it's payed for and I can always lease one if I feel the need... I'm not into cars lol so I could care less what I drive... Although those VW Jetta cars sure are lovely... Hehe.. The TDI ones... I'd like a white one with beige leather interior please!! Hehehehe.

I am sorry you haven't been having any luck... The hobby should be pleasurable... Not create dissatisfaction.

Im definitely known for taking my "career" too serious. My RW work backround and education is mostly in Business/Marketing/Customer Service. THIS is my business, so hell yes Im always going to do everything possible to make sure everything goes perfect all of the time. Escorting is Just basic Marketing and customer service/social skills, if your looking to make alot of money,you should really take that shit serious...IJS
