This is TOO funny! The NPS was trying to cordon off 1,100 square miles of OCEAN! These clowns can't handle it! 1,100 of the Gulf of Mexico that holds the Everglades National Park .. the LAW requires the closing of all national parks, and was passed long before Obie came into view.
