Gotta questions for the ladies who offer Greek. What is some advice for a lady who usually doesn't offer Greek and is a tad concerned about "size"? Any suggestions on lube, lubing up both parties, etc. Also, what can a guy do to help prepare. I am trying to coax a provider to do Greek with me. I've got her to agree to at least give it a try. start small, small toy or your fingers will work, I prefer toys, plenty of lube, maybe have a few different kinds to use, find one she likes. I also suggest warming a toy/dildo, you can do this by running or soaking in warm water, some places you can find ones that heat up on their own. Usually the warmer the better. It will help relax muscles. And have a bigger toy on hand maybe depends on the guys size. Plus don't forget to clean before hand!

Fleet Enemas are better than nothing, but to do it right, look at the variety of products out there with bags or the ones that attach to the shower. The latter is easiest to use and pack around if necessary. Give yourself PLENTY of time to void....usually at least a half hour after. Well worth the time and effort.

In my civilian experience, take your time. Lots of DATY and finger play, wait till she gets comfortable with one finger in deep, start working on two. I have found that [considering my umm modest dimensions] that once a woman can comfortably take two fingers in deep, she is ready. I like to take several different days to work up to it.

Here's a question for you. How long of a session are you planning for this? If it's an hour, you may have to spend 30-45 minutes getting her relaxed & ready. Don't make her ass the focus of the session. Work in rimming & finger/toy play into your DATY, and let her get used to feeling orgasms while being anally penetrated & played with.

A variety of toys is helpful. One, which I think is really helpful is a hollow dildo, the size of a dick. Many great comments here, and I would add that so long as this provider is actually discussing the matter with you, it will happen. You only have one "first" time, so the biggest concern is not to make it unpleasant for her. If she is someone you see regularly, don't make her feel like "this time we're trying Greek". u dont want a silicone based lube in my experience it stays for to long and coats to thick id do a water based and gun oil is always my go to for greek it doesnt get tacky or sticky and has staying power during the deed
