Im planing a trip to florida next month and need some suggestions seeing as i have never travelled in the panhandle area.

Whats a good location for incall in Pensacola?

Also is it better to have incall in Panama city or Panama beach?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the Panhandle area... enjoy your stay next month!

Down Town or Davis Hwy seems to be the most popular spots for Pensacola.

I am not sure about Panama City area, I actually wondered the same question myself as to where the best areas to stay are!

I'd recommend Davis Highway. There are a bunch of hotels on Davis and it is also close enough to all of the major spots without being too out of the way. It's kinda close to the airport, the mall, and the interestate runs right through it.

Plus I live off of Davis so I'd like to keep the distance minimal should I need to pay you a visit.

In Panama City, I would recommend not staying in PCB... The places are way over priced this time of year. I would recommend the places near Panama City Mall. They are not crime ridden, the are reasonably priced, and are mainly off the radar. I'd also stay away from the places on Hwy 98.

For Panama City, best location is as mentioned near the Panama City Mall. You have your choice of low end motels (Super 8); medium range motels (LaQuinta/Comfort Inn) and higher end hotels (Hilton Garden Inn/Courtyard by Marriott/Holiday Inn Select-- very swanky

). You might find some deals on the beach this time of year if you are going to be staying for an extended period of time, think condo. Otherwise, comparable hotels are about $5-10/night more on the beach. As for Highway 98, I wouldn't avoid those places altogether. There are 3 decent places-- Ramada, Comfort Inn and Quality Inn. The Econo-lodge and Days Inn are okay. Stay away from the no-name hotels near the college with the exception of the Hathaway Inn. It is right across the street from Gulf Coast College and is okay.
