There's a lot to be said about being civil, respectful, and polite. If you want to take it a step further, just goddamn choose to be kind in life. Be kind to employees, employers, and coworkers. Be kind to your family and friends. Be kind to strangers you encounter out in the world. And yes, even be kind to strangers you interact with on a hooker review board. But, for the sake of brevity, let's talk about where being civil, polite, respectful, and kind to the providers here will help everyone out.

First, some observations. You boys seem to love fresh meat. Hell, y'all love it so much you risk your neck to meet a BP girl at the shady Motel 6 in the part of town where you have to lock your doors just to drive through. You boys also seem to love professionalism. You love when girls know how to handle the business, have a warm, welcoming incall, and know the basic ins and outs of BCD etiquette. And of course you love variety. I think that's written in every goddamn Cosmo I've ever read.

Being welcoming to new girls, returning girls, visiting girls, and even the ones whose names you're sick of seeing every day just helps everyone out. The more welcoming this place is on a first glance, the more likely new-comers are to stick around for a bit. The more welcome the women feel in this place once they're here, the more likely they are to hang around and get a little comfortable. The thing about being active as a girl here is that you are able to learn a hell of a lot about the business, both from reading the client-input as well as networking with the other ladies. You're able to form friendships, real-world or simply professional that help to speed up screening. You're potentially able to afford the cost of a private incall when you meet someone you respect and trust. And when you're burnt out, you have a place to vent or to seek advice from more seasoned professionals that have been there, too.

I know a lot of the boys have a buyer's-entitlement, but I think that's both childish and unproductive. Why shoot yourself in the foot when you could just swallow your pride a bit and shoot a load all over the slutty 20-something stripper who's googling the ins and outs of being a provider and happens to get linked to this place.

I don't mind when guys are dicks, actually. I honestly get off on a guy being an asshole in bed. But the trick is that he has to be beyond respectful outside of the bedroom to make it work. Hairy trolls on hobby forums have never gotten my panties wet. (Well, possibly when sheepishly booking through P411 where I couldn't link troll handle to real world persona...then showing up and acting nice and getting my panties wet...)
