#1: the news report says the officers "circled back" after leaving her when they saw her running across the street to "diner" across the street ... (remember she told the officers she was waiting for "sober driver" to come and pick them up) ...

#2: there are a lot of intoxication checks ... including hand held breathilizers ... but ...

physical appearance, breath smell, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, nonsensical remarks .. are all indicators LE can use ..

Don't be concerned about reporting "accurately," ....

It's one thing to fabricate a story about a hooker to get "points" for a review,
