Key word being ... "risk".
I've always thought that BP surfing is a completely different kind of "hobbying". It's like sky-diving ... there's a chance you're gonna "bounce" ... and that is part of the thrill. When I surfed in Hawaii ... part of the whole "thrill" was the potential of "wiping out" in some terrifying manner. I don't think I would have surfed if it were a safe sport - the danger is part of the thrill - it's part of the point.
I don't surf BP. I know some great girls exist there - and many ECCIE ladies started there ... but it's minefield of scams and has a potential to land you in jail if you don't do your homework.
That's not for me ... but I do believe that it is for some guys and that's fine as long as they recognize it. However, many think they're doing it to save money - and I just don't see it. Between outright scams, the bait and switches, the poor service of SOME of these girls - I don't think you come out remarkably cheaper going there than if you came here and found a reputable provider. Hell, most of the GOOD BP girls charge the same (or more) than ECCIE ladies ***cough***elves***cough***
