This all boils down to you for the most part you get what you pay for. And do you prefer quality or quantity? If you want prime A#1 top of the line merchandise you will pay a premium. Myself, if I am paying for a meal I want it to be the best, grade A prime beef. I would rather pay $500 to pig out one awesome feast of the best you can buy "filet mignon" versus two not so great burgers at $250 each.

I don't know where you buy your burgers, but I can get a burger fix for a dollar each. Lol

The problem often is that the filet mignon does not meet the standard you sought. In reality the burger is better. Dollars spent in this hobby do not always translate to great sessions, whether a lot of dollars or a few.

I agree, but you have to do A LOT of research, research, research and you can find the prime beef. Don't get me wrong I go out for a burger now and then but it has got to be at least 85-15 ground sirloin or ground round but NO, 50-50 ground scraps.
