Well ... I am back from my tour of Europe ... LOL - okay, well just Germany and Spain.

I lost 8 pounds cuz there was no gym with heavy weights for me to lift.
I did find a "speed bag" to hit though - and when you can hit one of those repetitively for 30 minutes like I can - it's proof enough that your brain is completely dead. That can be some boring shit. Might be exciting to get hopped up STAFF EDIT - FORBIDDEN - PD - though and go a few rounds with "the bag" - THAT might be interesting.

But who does STAFF EDIT - FORBIDDEN - PD - these days?

I am now eating and lifting again. I need to get that weight back or some guy at the bar I bounce in will "try me" ... Hahaha!

Fuck Spain - they don't even TRY to meet you halfway with English!!

Germany? TOPS!! I did hit the OASE FKK outside of Frankfurt for three days and five lovely Romanian girls and one Czech Girl - Sabrina, and what an evil wicked witch she was boys! After that - I didn't think about chicks for a month!! LOL

If I DIE - I hope it is in hot tube at the OASE FKK with ten naked Romanian girls.
