Dave you keep mentioning the post in the wrong thread, not a big deal. Closing threads is the main issue, no extreme circumstances occurred in Nikki's thread that was closed. It was not an ad. What did Nikki really do? She posted on wrong thread and apologized for it. Then she is attacked byTaylor, the post is removed, Taylor brags and boasts about her victory over Nikki, then Nikkis thread is closed and no where in guidelines can anyone provide the actual rule. The rule you posted says make sure in right location, like in NOLA or in BR those locations not forum. That rule does not apply here, there is a difference between forum and location. Right location means right city or place not right forum.

I took outing or threats of outing extremely seriously and I banned people for it, such as Santa, one year ban. This community cannot operate safely with a delusional person amongst us willing to crush our privacy at any given moment. Members see what is happening do you think they are encouraged to join in or stay back? i think most will not share or post, just me.

I banned Annie once and i do not remember exactly for how long, i had rules that clearly stated her infractions. London was banned as she too would threaten to out members, and her ban was not for 2 weeks. There is a discussion area in staff, .maybe post issue there and get some opinions, just a suggestion.

Taken directly from the words of St. C in the staff forum - "It becomes an AD if the girl talks about her availability (dates or times) or services that she provides, or she's actually asking for appointments in the post. That's an actual AD and if it's posted in a Coed forum or an ISO forum (or posted in the proper forum but before her 7 days have elapsed) then it's an actual Ad Posting Violation, and staff may take action."

I think this pretty much shuts down your argument.

There was no outing in this thread that I saw. The post Taylor made in the alerts was handled by another moderator and removed since we were not available at the time and I am just seeing it for the first time in the staff area. It will be dealt with.

The infraction for threats of outing is 10 points for 6 months. Would you have preferred points and have her still on the board? She was under the false impression that only an accumulation of points would get her banned and wasn't aware that it could be done at anytime, so she pushed the envelope. Two weeks is not a long time, but it's harsher than issuing points and allowing her to stay on the board in my opinion. As you should know, the length of the ban is at the discretion of the moderator unless it's an automatic system ban based on points. I don't even know how that length is determined or what it is.

Regarding your "suggestion" for opinions in the staff area, you either didn't read or chose to ignore my previous comment here

Every board, and I am sure this one is no exception, has behind the scenes ass grabbing and secrets that nobody knows them all. When I see a provider who posts a lot, I stay clear, anyone who needs to talk that much in this hobby, is not going to stop talking and that means god knows who knows my dick size and if I have bad sexface let alone what I drive, where I work and other things that should not be discussed. I want the provider who is DISCRETE, and a jabbering maxiposter cant be a safe bet.

Wow! This morning Nikki is banned. I saw no warning... To her... I got no warning to be quiet.. She was banned for getting other people to continue dispute... I assume me, but here is the reality Nikki has nothing to do with my posts. This is absolutely insane. No mod contacted me to investigate. One mod unilaterally decides to ban people, without proof or even an investigation.

I have never heard of a ban for recruiting others especially without a warning. What did Nikki do for the ban? This website has gone way down hill IMHO.

You'll have to take that up with the moderator who banned her, but since it doesn't really involve you why would you be contacted "to investigate?" There are things done outside of your scope of knowledge that are the root causes. And for the record, Taylor's ban has been extended to 6 months by the same moderator.

I'm sure you're just saying this to fuel the fire, but I haven't even had a single offer for anything free or even discounted. Maybe you were lucky enough to get freebies from Nikki and others, but I have not. I've seen Taylor one time in January and I paid her advertised special rate.
