The old one was pretty cool. I don't see it as a failure as WU eluded to but at the projected 12k -14k per month rent I don't see how it can survive.

They are still at the demolition stage, so it doesn't look like they will be reopening this summer, but sometimes in the fall. The owner likes to keep the place low key ... either you know about it or you don't, so I doubt that will change much going forward.
