A Gentle note to all members of KC forum.

First I want to let you know that I'm back in KC after hectic 7 weeks of vacation (out of country) and with very very limited or no internet connection.

I'm catching up with all the things going on this board and wanted to send the fellow members a gentle reminder on couple of things.

1. Please no personal attacks on the board on fellow members (limit that to only PMs) and no spitting venom.
2. No racial remarks or jokes.
3. No insulting comments.
4. No outings...be it a provider or a member.
5. No bullying, etc.

If you have personal issues with a provider or a member then limit that only to your PMs or to your self and do not post them on this board.

Infraction will start from 'warnings' all the way up to 'irreversible points' and while doing so you guys/gals may hate me, which is fine..but I'm trying my best to put things under control.

If you (be it a provider or a member) feel that 'a' particular member is harassing you thru ECCIE PM then pls forward the same to KC moderators. We need proofs before taking any action and we simply can't go with your word. Before you spit venom on moderators please do your job and send the proofs. If a provider or a client is harassing you out side of ECCIE system then we cannot help and in such cases and do not blame us for not taking actions.

Finally if you need any help from moderators on any of the threads or reviews then please include the url in the PM, sometimes we may browse the site on smart phones and in such cases its going to be difficult to resolve the issue. Please CC both mods if you need help.

Welcome back Modda. In my experiences on this board you've been great with your hands off approach but always willing to step in when necessacary.
Having you back will go along way to eliminating some of the negative stuff thats been going on and bring this board back to what it was.
