It was gender specific terms that allowed a child molester like Gerry Studds to escape justice. You know, Gerry Studds, democratic congressman from Massachusetts who ADMITTED to bedding young boys (congressional pages) as young as 14 years old. The law in DC specifically says statutory rape is when a "MAN has sex with a young FEMALE" who is undersage. No law against it and he walks... into to six more reelection wins.

Don't you think the law should have just read underage. Period.

This is the second time in five minutes that you have been oblivious to the obvious....still celebrating the fourth?

I think I have made it pretty clear more than once that gender specifics ends up biting us in the ass. These laws are for the local governments to repair and not the US Congress.

How's about we have 35 more votes on repealing Obamacare instead?

Ever thought about why Harry Reid won't allow the Senators to vote on those 35 after passing in the house?

I'm guessing it would be extremely embarrassing, They (Senators) have voted to repeal parts of it when he had to let them vote.

You must feel secure with your mommy there to protect you after the storm.

Just as secure as Gov. Chris Christie did after he received funds from the federal government to clean up the mess that Hurricane Sandy left behind. Don't quit your day job any time soon you dumb f*#K.
