The first clue that the condom has broken is that the pussy suddenly starts feeling UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. Covered up, it's supposed to still feel 'good', but not 'SUPER DUPER WOW....YEAH, BABY!' good. Seriously, guys. You know the difference, and if one has never broken on you, by reading this you'd KNOW the difference before it happens.
Pull out at the EARLIEST SIGN that it's broken (i.e. the above). Sometimes you can hear a crisp POP or SNAP sound. The increase in heat transfer and moisture is also noticeable, given that you're now inside a kitty bare and thus skin to skin contact. Even if none of the above is happening and it didn't break, it's still better to PULL OUT AND CHECK. If it's still intact. Fine. Keep going. If not, make corrections (new condom...PROPERLY PUT ON).
Condoms need to be ROLLED ON. I get nervous when girls do the wide-mouth style stretch-over thing while applying the condom. I tell them, the thing is designed to ROLL ON. Stretching it over like that makes it weaken faster, just like a sock that's been stretched out too many times. And press that air bubble out of the reservoir tip, preferably before you or she rolls it way down.
Ladies are less likely to panic if early breakage detection is done and is MORE LIKELY to continue the session knowing that the guy isn't trying to purposefully dump a load in her. Fucking her for 10 minutes AFTER knowing it broke and pretending not to know is wearing thin as an excuse, given that guys should know how bare pussy feels compared to you being covered. They go through enough bullshit as it is, and the last thing they need is to get pregnant by a stranger who will most likely deny the baby and/or disappear or catch something and not be able to work (no income, plus bills from doctor visits).
Keep lube close at all times minimize the likelihood of any of the above...or worse.
