Ladies red flag if they are as unprofessional to advertise and not respond that should scream DANGER to you.

I got my breast done in Costa Rica. Initially I had a consultation and surgery scheduled with a doc I have been communicating with for a month and a half. When I arrived there phone calls and emails suddenly stopped being returned. I decided to just go and pop up at the address they gave me.
I got into the taxi and the driver was unable to find it. We looked for what seemed to be forever and no luck.
At that point I was uneasy going through with the surgery.
I went all the way to Costa Rica for implants. I didn't want to come back home without them. So plan B was formed.
I decided to go out to the local bars and took some shots and mustered up the courage to ask complete strangers that looked as though they had fake breasts. Crazy I know. But I did it I asked about 8-10 women and the same doctors name was mentioned by about 6 of those women.
I went back to my hotel and researched him and I emailed him the next day. He responded fast and to each one of my emails and questions. He fit me in and accommodated me very well. I got lucky.
I guess my point is that if you cant rely on prompt responses or professionalism how can you trust them to put you on a operating table and cut you open?
cheaper is not always better concerning your health. Cosmetic surgery can be very scary outside the country. Research Research .Research. Some things can be messed up beyond repair if things go wrong.

1 year ago, I was in the market for weight loss surgery. I researched vigorously here and in Mexico. I went to Mexicali Mexico and had a fantastic outcome. The key is research.

Amen. Also, I noticed that the OP is offering PMMA injections. For anyone who is considering getting ass shots, DON'T DO IT and DON'T DO IT OUT OF THE COUNTRY.

I know a couple of dancers who have got ass shots and who have had complications. It's just not worth doing high volume injections into the body (unless it's your own fat).
