The Republicans in the House are fighting against a bill that was written in the Senate by Michael Enzi (REPUBLICAN from Wyoming) and in the House against a bill that was written by Steve Womack (REPUBLICAN from Arkansas), but it's the Democrats pushing it. well, for what its worth, Reagan enjoyed an average of 7.5% unemployment over two terms, and had over a 10% rate for 10 consecutive months, and to hear the right tell it, he was the greatest president in the history of the country ..
