You are digging yourself a grave. The leadership can do lots of things, but they can't vote for the members. I know you must of dropped out of skool after 4th grade, so let me explain unanimous consent.
Speaker: All in favor say "aye"
Everyone: "aye"
Speaker: Opposed say "nay"
Everyone: silence
Speaker "The motion passes by unanimous consent. Does any ignorant motherfucker in this chamber not understand unanimous consent means everyone approves this motion and it passes. You are all going to have to defend this to the piss ant idiot voters when you run for your almost assured reelection and it might be unpleasant."
Everyone: "We aren't as stupid as that dick sucking fucker who goes by WTF on eccie - any idiot knows what this means, sir."
That means everyone voted for it simpleton
Citing from above:
"Both parties and both houses of Congress hated the disclosure portion of the law so much that it was repealed on Friday without debate—the measure was sent to the president by unanimous consent. The ordeal took about 10 seconds in the Senate and 14 seconds in the House, according to official records."
