I really expected to get more punch from the supercharged 400hp (felt more like 250). Plus it spent a pretty considerable amount of time in the shop.

My G55 I never had any trouble out of at all. But like everything I have owned that has been AMG made it was either sold or traded when it hit 25k miles. But then again it was an SUV and you really cannot drive them like you hate them due to a high center of gravity and they all handle like slugs. Plus that was the only AMG I have owned that wasn't shipped off to Renntech. Figured it would do no good at all since so much weight and the high center of gravity. But I knew getting into it that it would not preform like the S65 or even the old E55.
