She will plead out (and testify against her husband) for a deal.
Motion to change venue will be denied.
Wait and watch.

I'll bet he's glad to be rid of her. She is mid 40s, but looks mid-60s.
That guy wanted to go to jail.

Nah. The special prosecutors might even agree to a change of venue. Not moving it out of the county will result in an excellent appeal point.
She's probably already cut a deal that allows her to avoid the death penalty in return for rolling on her husband.

You openly advocate murder on a public board to aid a three time murderer in his effort to avoid his just punishment. You are a sick, pathetic turd.

Lighten up, Francis.
He isn't advocating anything. He is just putting himself in the shoes of the criminal and opining (or wondering) about why he didn't get rid of her, too.
I kind of thought the same thing when I first read about her.

He shouldn't have let her get involved. Now who is he gonna get to pay his $23 million bond?

I still think he crossed the line. He is a total asshole, smug, arrogant, and apparently thinks he is above the law - fuck him.
