Actulay, there are sites that charge for some features and use phony content (Shocking, I know!) One got sued because they did not disclose you might actualy trying to hit on an employee using a fake profile to "test and maintan the site" instead of a real person. And they were charging the members for this. And the disclaimer is very fine print at the bottom of a page. I doubt many see it as they are too busy staring at the video of some girl with huge tits.
