Ok, you base this on what PERSONAL information????? You've never reviewed her (which doesn't mean you haven't seen her, but if push comes to shove I assure you I can ask her).

I've seen Sarah several times. Yes, she has a habit of always running late and even not showing at times (which was my first encounter with her). But as she said, she will own up to her mistakes and even made it right with me (three free 1/2 hour sessions).

Call me a WK if you want to, but I don't like seeing someone labeled as you just have without any foundation. So I'm calling "Bullshit" on this one and will give you an opportunity to substantiate your claim. If you cannot, you owe this fine lady an apology, sir!
