I doubt LE is "allowed" to use someone's photo without their permission. A girl might give permission though as part of a plea bargain.

It absolutley BAFFLES my brain that a woman would plea bargain and work with the fuzz over a misdameanor solitication case. That is one hell of a scared silly bitch. I've known of one instance where a chick was in jail facing a "bitch" ( jailhouse slang for habitual indictment... 25 -99 year sentence) but she had about 135 prior prostitution charges to achieve that kind of possible punishment. Snitching is cowardly and disgusting... so for any lady who rolls over to the judicial system to avoid facing the consequences of her OWN actions needs to find a new occupation. Perhaps it is the "old school" mentality in me that makes me want to choke the hell out of a provider who can't be a big girl and slap the jailhouse dress blues on for a few days rather than rat out the very ppeople who have financially supported her.
I understand the concept of LE concern when minors are involved. Hell... id commend any officer who brings a pedophile to justice. But come on... real crime exsists in this city... violence... murder... burglary etc. Why doent the justice department devote more time pulling real criminals off the streetts rather than busting up some hokey pokey parties???? And ladies who choose to navigate this underworld profession... please keep your mouths shut if you get caught! Sorry to rant but I hate pussy little tattletales... UGH
