However one favor, please. Can you teach mexmex how to remove his foot from his mouth & how to use the Private function while he is at the keyboard??? Ok, ok, we all need to be reasonable on our expectations placed upon you. How about just work on teaching him how to use the Private function!!!

Everyone has growing pains, its no big deal. Hell as a mod if at least 3 people don't hate your guts you're doing it wrong.

However throwing this thread out there is/was a mistake in my opinion. Typically threads like these cause more problems then they are worth.

Just remember less is more when it comes to being a mod and good luck.

I think you do a decent job. My only critisim is that as a mod I dont think threads like this should be started. It is my personal opinion that mods should stay away from posting opinion based comments on the girls or hobbiests as much as possible because it can look like playing favorites. And threads asking for sympothy (which in my opinion this is) probably shouldnt be started.

I think you have been pretty fair and doing a good job so in the grand scheme of things my little complaints mean very little.

You have seemed totally fair and just. At least I can say that looking back on them. I think anyone during the heat of the moment can be a little biased and get a little disgruntled about this or that, even if there really isnt a reason to.
