There's nothing to "get." Everyone chooses who they will or will not see depending on their own personal preferences, beliefs, hunches, and prejudices. And some people are racist.

I assume that the majority of black clients wouldn't want to meet with a racist provider anyway, so I guess having an "NBA" policy, as disgustingly bigoted as it is, is at least straightforward, honest, and doesn't waste anyone's time.

Oh I totally agree , and I beat them too, and I make them watch reruns of lucy and they have to clean my underwear too. Ohhh and lets not forget I take their ID and force them to take dirty photos while jumping on a trampoline... I do all that but wont make them take some dark meat so I can make a few bucks.. While its none of your business....Actually, I'm a 31 year old, single, well educated, professional, black male, who has no children, and doesn't cheat on his taxes. I like the hobby because it's simpler than dating with my busy professional life. I do not use it as a means of cheating on my wife or girlfriend. Do not confuse the fact that you're a clearly a special kind shitty human being with anecdotal evidence that everyone else is too.

That's an easy one. The answer is she has the right to do whatever she feels like doing. If he's black, white, stinks, has a couple of teeth missing, or if he looks like Michael Moore and the site of him makes her vomit no explanation needed. You also mention that you've never seen any providers white or black say no white guys, but they have quite a few black providers who also have the NBA rule. So what do you have to say about them? Does that make them racist? Again it's their body.
