cancel appointments

I'd feel horrible if i had to cancel, but sometimes shit just happens.

I make my living personal training people, so when they cancel late I can't replace that appointment. I normally charge them if they cancel the same day. I understand shit happens, and try to take it in stride, and for the most part waive my policy if something major truly did happen. I realize that providers generally don't have the same means to do that, but if you like a provider offering to hook her up a little more the next time you see her definitely wouldn't hurt.
