Im trying to figure out what this scandal has to do with Obama or liberals. It's not like people only recently started misusing welfare payments, and I doubt that that welfare misuse is only an issue with liberals. Oh wait, I get it! This is yet another one of those conservative screeds blaming all of AmericaKs ills on liberals. Now it makes sense.
