cops are such A holes. At 16 she knew what she was doing, but why not charge her with hooking and then take her to child services or something and her get help if shes a runaway teen.

Basically, I don't see that what the woman did was illegal. Girl was age of consent - whether or not she was 18 should be irrelevant. She was in control of her own destiny. This is like me getting busted for moonshining and then the cops throw my old grandpa in jail cuz he's the one that taught me.

The fact that the girl was under the age of consent doesn't matter to LE, they will still file charges against a minor for illegal activities perceived. Then let the courts decide if the charges will stick.

The woman accused of mentoring her probably was charged with contributing to delinquency, solicitation, child endangerment, and something like sex trafficking involving a juvenile.

Didn't know that - it's kind of amazing that a Southern state would have an age of consent that's higher than a Northern one. I mean you know - with all the jokes the Yankees tell about "incest" down here and marrying young.

Without condoning nor contributing, there are many factors here that will always remain ignored. As someone else stated, there are obviously more players involved here than will ever come to light. No 24yr old girl just decides on her own to hook in the quarter.
Another facet that we as a society continue to ignore is that as we continue to try and force mankind to ignore that we are still and always will be animals, bound by the rules of nature that will always trump the rules of man. There will always be a struggle of instinct vs. morality and it will remain a battle that we will continue to lose. While the age of proper sexual action is set based on morality, as animals we will always be swayed by our most basic instinct and that will remain to breed with ANY viable female of breeding age. Long before christianity set "the proper age", the human race survived by breeding when females came into heat, the same as all other animals. We have decided that our natural instincts are wrong and each day force ourselves to deny what we are. Please understand while I personaly do not wish to engage in sexual relations with anyone under the legal age, I am speaking of the other side of the coin, that is that man has set boundaries which not everyone has the ability nor the strength to follow.
Did you know that the current populus is about 68% female? That calculates to about 2:1 ratio male to female, so either man breeds with 2 female and many women are unwed mothers, or alot of women are never bred.. OMG, could this be why we have a huge number of unwed mothers? Say it aint so!

Our very rules and laws cause our problems, perhaps its time to slow down on the laws and let nature take its course, We are also the only mammals on the planet who set a rule that if someone is weak and inferior we arent allowed to rid the population of their bad genetics, nope.. cant do it.. we have to Vote them in to office so they can keep making laws to protect other weak people who are unable to defend themselves on their own, and must rely on laws keeping the strong at bay. Natures laws, mans laws, honestly which do you think must prevail? which do you think should prevail?
Chances are if you believe that mans laws should prevail, it is because you are one of the mammals who knows that under natures rule you would not exist. More and more this is the case, and thats why we more and more are clashing with mother nature. I am not saying I am not one that nature wouldnt trample, but I am saying that perhaps if thats whats best for the human race, then I should accept if that is the way it needs to be. I learned at 5yrs old from watching wild kingdom that you dont piss off the big lion or you will end up dinner... Now i find out that you can taunt and piss off and generally stomp all over the big lion and he isnt allowed to eat you, because he will get put in a cage like the zoo.. WTF? Cmon people, when did the cost of being civilized become worth the demise of mankind?
We have removed survival of the fittest and replaced it with this huge blanket called "civilized". It is a never ending battle that in the end mankind will lose. We are the only species on the planet that has lost the ability to ignore breeding with unhealthy partners because we have removed 6-7 years of the healthy breeders from our lives by deeming them improper to copulate due to age. What is left is a race to take whatever breedable others are left and we ignore their health and genetic flaws.
Of course this leads to mass healthcare systems, never ending illness and diseases, and a gene pool that will soon become so polluted that dna will soon become more valuable than gold. Numerous studies have been performed by universities including one by Harvard med and JCEM that states that the healthiest humans are born to mothers between the ages of 13 and 15. Now of course I am not suggesting that anyone nor that I would ever seek favors of another that age. I am simply stating that we have set rules against ourselves and those rules will eventually cause us to suffer long term health setbacks across the board.

To bring this back on track, there are no 16yr old prostitutes without the demand for them, and the demand for them will never stop, and as long as someone wants something, someone will rise to fill that market. We sit here and say how horrible it is, yet someone on this board somewhere has to be contributing to underage girls, or there wouldnt be a market for it. Just as someone on this board is always seeking, unsafe sex, and other things that in public we all want to yell "not me!" Just remember, you dont know anyone on this board, you know what they say they are and want, but for all you know, your best forum bud might be the guy paying the 15yr old girl, or barebacking every provider before u get to them, or be the provider whos been taking extra to sans the condom with her clients. Either way someone here is doing it, and they sure aren't letting everyone know.
If you want to stop underage trafficing, unsafe sex, and rape, its very simple, just cut the balls off every male on earth at birth, and by the way you jackasses keep voting, it wont be long for that right to be stripped from us too. 2nd amendment is about to go now.. not far from the first, what happens when we run out of amendments to trample? Then they will come after the basic understood rights of man, including your testicles, and youll have already lost the only right that makes the other rights protectable, no 2nd amendment means no rights at all, because the one thing that anyone with a brain knows "Man only has those rights which he can defend" .. keep voting for stupidity folks!
