I have seen a UTR provider, should I review and if so how do you do it? I mean I don't want to piss her off and she never see me again! So I need some advice from the guys and girls!

Ask her if you can review her first. Ask if she would allow you to share an email address instead of a phone number for interested fellows to contact her, that way she can set her own pace of how she meets new guys if she wants to. If she is UTR, then there is a reason, so no face pics, etc, but non-identifiable body shots you can vouch for would be welcomed by the guys.

If she says no, then forget about it and see a lady that doesn't mind reviews for your PA credit. Or take $250 and pay for lifetime PA and forgo an hour session with a lady to offset.

Nothing more needs to be said. UTR does not necessarily mean no reviews ever so start by asking. She may just want low volume select few but occassionl review may not be out of the question. See what she thinks.
